Full-bodied with rich, velvety fruit and elegant tannins. Flavors of cherry compote, blackberry, and earthy notes lead into a long evolving finish with dark chocolate and mineral nuances.

Pairs well with grilled or roasted red meats, poultry, cheeses, earthy dishes such as mushroom risotto, and complements dark chocolate desserts with berry or spice notes.
